Terms of Service
Last updated: July 15, 2026
By using WaveCellar Audio File Player (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What the app does
WaveCellar Audio File Player is a single-file audio player. It streams one audio file at a time from your Google Drive to your browser — only files you explicitly open with the app or select in its file picker. It never modifies, deletes, uploads, or shares files in your Drive.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content in your Google Drive and for having the rights to play it.
- You must comply with Google’s terms and all applicable laws when using the app.
- You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
Availability “as is”
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. It may be unavailable, change, or be discontinued at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or interruption of service.
Access and termination
You may stop using the app at any time and revoke its access from your Google account permissions. We may suspend or terminate access to protect the service or comply with the law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
